I was born in Barranquilla, Colombia and my parents immigrated to the beautiful BIG APPLE-In case you don’t recognize its nickname-New York, New York! Met my husband and we moved to Ft. Lauderdale where we raised our children. When our children were younger our family vacations were ALWAYS, Orlando and the major parks-Disney, SeaWorld and Universal Studios. Summer breaks, Winter breaks, School trips, family vacations-you name it! Unbeknownst then, years later, I would be calling Orlando my “Happy Place”-Home and assist others in doing the same. There’s a movement in Orlando and the population has exploded. The transformation in Orlando/ Florida as a whole has been astonishing! The growth in technology, transportation, medical facilities, businesses, the shopping, the restaurants and the nightlife. It’s not just “Mickey and Minnie’s” place. Let's be real, you can’t beat the weather. When I’m not working you can find Fernando (my husband) and I hiking at one of Orlando’s beautiful parks and hiking trails with our dogs Jack and Luna. We love walking through the charming Thornton Park neighborhood-and enjoy the vibrant Winter Park area, savor the restaurants on Restaurant Row in Dr. Phillips. Those are just a few hip-happening communities within the Orlando vicinity. We also have Windermere, Winter Garden, Davenport, Lake Nona to name a few, all areas I am happy to share my expertise in. We’ll experience firsthand the nonstop momentum and energy Central Florida has to offer! I am fluent in Spanish and English, working at a multicultural brokerage. Language barriers will not be a challenge. I’ll assist you locating that “Happy Place”, feeling secure with your investment, living simply, and feeling fulfilled in your space.
